This document is a proposal for the drafting of a State Law on Mobility and Road Safety.
The document gives continuity to the provisions of the Guide to Harmonize State Laws with the General Law on Mobility and Road Safety (LGMSV) previously published by the Safe Mobility Coalition. It aims to facilitate those involved in the drafting of state level laws by providing supporting evidence on different topics, criteria and objectives established in the Mexican legal framework, as well as on international instrumented signed by the Mexican government in areas of Safe Mobility and Climate Change.
